The Sea King Project, which was featured on George Clarke's Amazing Space on Channel 4, arose when the owners of Mains Farm Wigwams decided to add a novelty twist to their camping and glamping park, in form of an old naval helicopter. After snapping one up at auction, they completely stripped it out and transformed the inside into a snug and quirky self-contained accommodation for a family of five.
Visitors to this beautiful spot on the edge of the Trossachs National Park can now lodge in the refurbished Sea King. Undoubtedly Scotland's most unusual place to stay!
