BASF will be exhibiting its WALLTITE spray foam insulation system at Greenbuild Expo in May 2013, Manchester.
WALLTITE can be used on either new build or refurbishment projects. This year its retrofit applications are proving particularly appropriate for projects funded under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme.
The product is typically applied to walls or roofs where the U-value of the finished structure can be as low as 0.024W/m2K. As the spray foam will adhere to any substrate it is proving particularly appealing for retrofit applications.
The WALLTITE stand will also feature the WALLTITE CV 100 product. This is an amended formulation of WALLTITE developed specifically for injection into existing cavities. The injection grade of the product provides an ideal solution for retrofitting into hard-to-treat cavities. Used in a 40mm cavity WALLTITE CV 100 should give a U-value of 0.46W/m2K.
