Esther is well qualified for this role. She joined BASF six years ago working primarily on IT support. However, her background is in Customer Service. Her previous working life included nine years in a Customer Service role for an international flooring company where she managed a team of six people responsible for supporting key customer relationships for the UK & European Commercial market.
“When I joined BASF my career took a new and interesting path into IT work, but I really missed the interaction with customers and the involvement in the commercial success of the organisation” is how Esther summarises her move.
“Working with the WALLTITE team is a really exciting opportunity. With the success and growth of WALLTITE and particularly with initiatives such as ECO funding providing huge potential for further growth it is a really satisfying project to be involved with.”
The creation of this position further strengthens the dedicated WALLTITE team within BASF – a strength which is needed to service the rapidly increasing interest in the WALLTITE product.
